General Provisions, Our Services and Content, Agreement to be Bound by Terms
PII Collected from You
If you choose to use the Services, we may ask you to provide us with certain PII, including without limitation: (i) your name, recent job title, company name, telephone numbers, address, email address and other identification or contact information; (ii) your job history and other experience, education and training, other qualifications, employment objectives, compensation expectations, interests, and other career and biographical information; (iii) information on your progress and status in job searching; and (iv) information on your customer satisfaction or other feedback about the job search and the Services. We may also collect other PII from you when you voluntarily provide such information, such as when you contact us with inquiries or when you make purchases through the Site or Services.
You may provide PII through various channels in connection with the Services, including, when you activate your account for the Services (whether via online registration, telephone registration or paper form), if you provide us with your résumé, if you complete checklists and/or questionnaires, during training, coaching and/or counseling sessions, discussions, exchange of email and other channels.
For your online account that you may establish through the Services, we may ask you to establish a unique user name, password and reminder question and use this login information to access your account. While we use reasonable measures to protect the PII contained within your online account and stored within our database, please note that we cannot guarantee the security of such PII. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of such PII at any time. We will endeavor to notify users in the event that the security of their PII is breached or compromised. By submitting PII through any of the Services, you expressly consent to receiving our notification regarding any breach or compromise, or suspected breach or compromise, of the security of your PII, by email or postal mail, as we deem appropriate, and as required by law. You agree to protect the secrecy of your user name, password and reminder question information, and if you fail to maintain that secrecy, you will be fully responsible for any resulting use, theft, alteration, misuse, disclosure or other loss related to your PII. As such, we urge you to keep your username, password and other account access information in a safe place and not to divulge it to anyone. Also, remember to sign out and close the Services when you have finished your visit. This is to ensure that others cannot access your account, especially if you are sharing a computer or mobile device with someone else or are using a computer or mobile device in a public place such as a library or an internet café.

Other Information We Collect; Cookies & Alternative Tracking Devices
When you use the Services, we log certain non-personally identifiable information about your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, IP address, profile information, pages visited, and browser type. Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot presently be used to specifically identify you and is used to, among other things, provide customized content to users, provide targeted offers to users, manage the site, track usage and improve the site services. This non-personally identifiable information may be shared with third parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements to users. User IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes. We may also aggregate information for the purpose of user analyses and inform third parties of the results of such analyses. In all such instances, we will refer only to general, aggregate usage data from these analyses and will never provide specific identifying information. We may also disclose aggregated usage data in order to describe the Services to current and prospective business partners, and to other third parties for other lawful purposes. We may store non-personally identifiable information itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by our affiliates, agents or service providers.
We may also use other industry standard technologies like pixel tags and web beacons to track your use of the Services and promotions, or we may allow our third party service providers to use those devices on our behalf. Pixel tags and web beacons are tiny graphic images placed on certain pages on the Services, or in our emails that allow us to determine whether you have performed a specific action. When you access these pages or open or click an email, pixel tags and web beacons generate a non-personally identifiable notice of that action. Pixel tags allow us to measure and improve our understanding of visitor traffic and behavior while using our Services, as well as provide us a way to measure our promotions and performance. We may also utilize pixel tags and web beacons provided by our affiliates or third party service providers for the same purposes.

How We May Use and Share Your PII
In general, we will use your PII in order to provide the Services to you, including identifying what aspects of the Services you are interested in or seeking. If you are using the Services to obtain employment, we will use your PII to identify and provide job leads, and to suggest or provide job search training, résumé-writing assistance and/or other assistance. We also use your PII to identify and authenticate you when you access the Services or communicate with us concerning the Services. We may also use your PII to review and evaluate your account and use of the Services, assess the performance of the Services, improve the Content and functionality of the Services, provide training to our personnel and/or otherwise manage the Services, the Site and our business.
In addition, if you provide PII for a specific reason or purpose, we may use the PII for the reason or purpose for which it was provided. For instance, if you contact us with questions, we will use the PII provided to us to answer your question or to resolve your problem.
We may also use and share your PII, as follows:
- We may transfer, disclose or sell your PII as part of (i) a business divestiture, sale, merger, or acquisition of one or more of our Services; or (ii) a business divestiture, sale, merger, or acquisition of GetFive LLC as a whole or substantially all of its assets.
- We may share your PII if you request to be contacted with additional information, materials or special offers from third parties.
Management of PII and Other Information
We may receive or store your PII and non-personally identifiable information in digital form and may combine all PII and non-personally identifiable information from or about you into a single record, which may be stored on servers hosted in the United States or in other countries. From time to time we may ask you to confirm the accuracy of and/or to update your PII to ensure that our records remain up to date. Our employees, staff and/or personnel may access your online account in the course of providing the Services to you and, if you are using the Services to obtain employment, post job postings to your online account.
We take reasonable steps to protect your PII and other information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Internet or email transmission, however, are never fully secure or error free, and email or other transmissions sent to or from the Services may not be secure. You should keep this in mind when determining what information you send to us via email or any other transmission method, and when providing any PII or other information to us via the Internet.
Correcting/Updating Information and Terminating Registration
Registered users may modify any PII contained in their online account at any time by logging into their online account and editing such PII. Registered users may terminate their registration at any time, for any reason, by contacting email@example.com. The user understands that it may be impossible to delete PII entirely because of backups and records of deletions.
